Accessing the space

We are located on the south east corner of 7th Ave and Thomas, behind Cash 1 Loans. Our unit is located on the ground floor at the very north part of the building. Please park in the back of the building and use the back door labeled Afternoons Studio.

If there is a booking prior to your appointment, the door will be unlocked at the top of the hour. We do not have buffer time in between sessions. Setup and breakdown are a part of your booked time.

1. Guests may cancel their 1-3 hour booking 24 hours before the event start time and will receive a full refund (including all fees) of their booking price. 1-3 hour bookings cancellations submitted less than 24 hours before the event start time are not refundable

2. Guests may cancel their 4+ hour bookings 72 hours before the event start time and will receive a full refund (including all fees) of their booking price. 4+ hour bookings cancellations submitted less than 72 hours before the event start time are not refundable

3. Your rental time includes load-in, setup, tear down and cleaning. Please arrive and pack up on-time to be respectful of the space

4. We reserve the right to bill an additional fee of $15 for late departure and/or an excessively dirty studio

5. If any furniture or prop items are damaged or stolen, we reserve the right to charge the card on file for the cost of the item

6. Any heavy stone + marble + glass pieces cannot be moved. Please do not place anything on them

7. The studio does not take responsibility for injuries/accidents during your event

8.If you plan on using heavy + fragile (glass, marble, stone) in house props, please request assistance

9. Please do NOT step on seamless background with shoes on. Please use provided shoe covers or clean bottoms of shoes. We reserve the right to charge $15 for excessive seamless damage

10. If you would like a clean sweep of white seamless paper, there is a $15 fee for full roll out of white seamless on the floor

11. Use of workstations in the back is not permitted unless discussed with hosts

12. Setup and post shoot clean up is your responsibility during the time booked. Please arrive and pack up on-time to be respectful of the space

14. Maximum of 15 people per party (unless agreed upon prior)

15. No smoke machine use (unless agreed upon prior)

16. No pornography

17. Music must be kept at low levels on weekdays 8am-5pm. Music must be keep at reasonable volume all other times to respect the building tenants
